We're in the pre-sales phase of evaluating Zuora and are wondering if there are any high-level diagrams that show the basic interactions (e.g. data flow diagrams) between our system, Zuora and a payment service (like PayPal). For example, we'd like to see this for a new subscription and an "automatic" monthly renewal. Has anyone crafted such a diagram.
We've been looking at the API Documentation wiki and the How To section but the both jump down into specifics without painting the high-level picture first. We're considering both Z-Billing and Z-Payments and our initial use case is pretty simple: one product with a monthly subscription fee that automatically renews to a credit card.
